Job Purpose:
The position holder is responsible for maintaining automation systems in Processing section to optimize production process, improve efficiency and maintenance support to troubleshoot, resolve and prevent machine/system breakdowns. Liaison with tetra Pak & Production team in analyzing the breakdowns and taking steps in corrective actions
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot automation solutions for our Tetra Pak Processing systems, including equipment control systems, supervisory control, and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and process automation
- Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems, including sensors, actuators and drivers.
- Ensure PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications, and other control systems to finetune the automate manufacturing processes
- Analyse production data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation enhancements
Requirements:
- Experience on Processing equipment (UHT, Pasteurizers, especially from Tetrapak)
- Automation Knowledge specific For Processing Equipment (PLC type-work, Communication Protocols, Networks, and batch control)
